Available in a colour of your choice: To include up to five text pages, a static map, a dynamically sized photo gallery and contact form. The web site is standards compliant and fully meets the W3C validation requirements, it has been fully tested in all major browsers.

Search engine optimisation (SEO): Your site will include deployment of standard approved SEO techniques including search engine sitemap submission. This ensures that your web site will be indexed by all major search engines. (This does not mean however that your web site will go straight to the top of Google!)

Email: We'll create any email addresses you require or forward web site mail to your existing email address. Support is also provided to configure your email client if necessary.

Web hosting: You'll be provided with free hosting for a year (conditions apply, please see terms & conditions section). Full access is given to the server. Alternatively you can host the site yourself, please see terms & conditions section.

Alternative content: Provision is made for browsers which have javascript disabled. This potentially effects less than 3% of users. Your contact details and a brief introductory paragraph will be displayed to these visitors.

Web statistics and analytics: Full web site statistics are available for sites which are hosted on our servers. Analytical scripts can be included if requested. (Please enquire).

It's important to stress that our pre designed range of sites are not custom built web sites and that you must be satisfied before ordering that they meet your businesses requirements. You can choose your own colour but there's no room to deviate from the design or layout at the prices offered. Please use the contact form if you would like to enquire about custom design projects.

We need you to be able to provide us with these files:
(1) A copy of your logo, preferably with a transparent background:
(2) Any fonts and images used for the creation of your logo. *
(3) All copy (text) for each page of the site.
(4) Good quality photographs. (Minimum width or height of 600px).

Domain name:
If you don't already have a registered domain name we can provide this for you. The registration fee (typically £15 but varies according to the name) will be charged in addition.

Server environment:
We provide the host server free for 12 months *. The annual host renewal fee is £120 *. If you wish to host the site yourself we require a server with php and MySQL. (No discount applies).

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required before we undertake a project with the balance of payment due upon project completion, no credit is offered.

All project source code and working files remain the property of and retain the copyright of MX3 Design at all times and therefore will not be released or made available with the exception of files used to create client logos which will be made available. Published files become the property of the client upon receipt of the final project payment.

Future site updates, if required, will be charged at an hourly rate of £20 (pro rata).

The host plan offered (which is inclusive for the first 12 months) is limited to a total storage of 100Mb with a maximum of 2Gb of bandwidth per calander month. This is more than adequate for the majority of small to medium size businesses. If quotas need to be increased, additional charges will apply.

The renewal fee for sites that we host is £120 per annum, to be invoiced 12 months after the web site is first published. There is no obligation to continue using our host service but clients must make their own provisions when migrating their web site. (No support will be given).

Renewal fees for any domains registered by us on your behalf will be invoiced annually 12 months from the date first registered.

The following applies primarily to clients whose web site we host: Please read our full terms of service and acceptable usage policy. An important point to emphasise is that our servers can not be used for the sending of any unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or SPAM
